Sarah has helped startups and scaleups grow their marketing, product, UX and analytics teams for nearly a decade. Whether partnering with pre-seed startups adding their first hire or with prominent high-growth companies scaling beyond $100M RR, Sarah’s always looking ahead. She puts long-term needs at the forefront of her process, and takes the time to see companies and candidates for all that they are.

Sarah kickstarted her career in PR, where she spent years pitching stories to journalists for prominent brands, and found success with extensive media coverage in key outlets such as TSN, Globe and Mail, National Post and more.

Her interest in recruitment emerged from her own experience being headhunted and hired through recruitment agencies. Sarah saw clearly that both the client and candidate experience could be improved significantly. Rather than accept the recruitment space for what it is, she saw the opportunity space to carve out her own approach.

Sarah is committed to improving the quality of recruitment by fostering genuine connections that help companies scale and candidates grow. She is particularly passionate about championing women in tech, and helping them find roles that respect and honour the value in diverse perspectives.
